Below are some updates of Evelyn B.s 90gal. bowfront reef. 2 or 3 months ago we upgraded Evelyns tank to our #1 prefered and recommended filtration method that we have been doing for over 15 years. Evelyn also spends just 2 hours per week following our exact instructions as outlined on our "Livestock & Live Rock" page. We have been taking care of her tank for aprox 6 months now under our Plan "B" Service package,which is outlined on our "Services" page. Though her tank is beautiful in the pictures,I do not feel the pictures do it justice as you should see this beauty in person,I almost fell out with envy when I visited this evening! :-)

  Here is our sump system , see how simple it can be built! You can use egg crate,found at any hardware store,and plexi-glass,also available at most hardware stores,to build your basket. Or you can even get an old tupperware container to use for your basket where your mechanical and chemical filtration goes,and then you can neatly incorporate your protien skimmer,heater,thermometer and U.V. right in the sump to get all that junk out of your beautiful maintank. Here is a picture of the one I built & installed for Evelyn and the rest of the pictures I took of her tank this evening. This is how simple we make it, along with the proper types and quantity of live rock and the willingness of the tank owner to follow our few simple instructions as outlined on our "Livestock & Live Rock" page. Unfortunately most LFS (local fish stores) only dream that they could do what we do when it comes to being able to save you and our inocent fish from having to cycle your tank ,not to mention the way our clients are able to have much more livestock in a much more stable environment,for that precious livestock,and this setup is affordable for everyone.
